This Lake & Life Resort is a new resort located between the Mar Menor golf resort and the beaches of Los Alcázares on the Costa Cálida. The Lake uses Crystal Lagoons technology, a world leader in
bathing conditioning, treatment and maintenance of large crystalline water surfaces. This technology is the most efficient known to date and allows the lake to be filled with half the amount of water intended for a park of the same size and 30 times less than required for an 18-hole golf course .

It works in a closed circuit, purifying and reusing the same water, so it does not require renewal of the water source after evaporation. The efficient filter system allows the use of up to 100 times fewer additives than in conventional systems. It consumes only 2% of the electrical energy used by a traditional filter system.
